Our focus extends to staff, management, and leadership teams. We conduct thorough needs assessments to identify any knowledge gaps related to psychological trauma, recommend appropriate training, and offer consultancy coaching sessions to all team members.
Dr. Mirjam Klann Thullesen
The Centre for Trauma and Wellbeing was founded by Dr. Mirjam Klann Thullesen, who also serves as the director of services. As a Chartered Psychologist and psychotherapist, she specialises in psychological trauma and staff wellbeing.
